Consultations
Beginning a new herd, challenges with your current herd, or changing your goals can lead to an array of questions and ultimately a need for guidance that sometimes calls for a professional that has outside experience. We are happy to help whether you are a current client or are looking for some input to get started.
Specialized Surgeries
We offer a variety of large animal surgeries that often aren’t advertised. Please call if you have something you need assistance with and one of the veterinarians can discuss whether or not it is something they feel comfortable doing. Some recent surgeries we have done include:
- Ceasarian sections on cattle, swine, sheep, and goats
- Umbilical & inguinal hernia repair on swine
- Cryptorchid castration on show lambs
- Urethral surgery for water belly in cattle and goats
- Wart removal on show cattle
Deworming
Annual deworming helps keep your animals healthy as well as increase rates of gain and profitability. We offer a variety of deworming options to ensure we have what is best to fit your operation.

Health Certificates (CVI’s)
Health Certificates or Certificates of Veterinary Inspection are required when going to livestock shows or going out of state with livestock. When selling out of state, often special blood tests or specific regulations need to be met prior to writing you a health certificate. Please allow yourself (and us) plenty of time to get an appointment and give the lab time to get us test results back when needed prior to your departure.
